Please note that the following terms and conditions apply to all services provided by STL LUXY RIDE

MINIMUMS FOR HOURLY RATES

Sedan: 2 hrs. minimum SUV: 4 hrs. Minimum

BILLING:
  • STL LUXURY RIDE We accept cash and most major credit cards, including American Express, MasterCard, and Visa.
  • In addition to transport fees, all out-of-pocket expenses, including tolls, parking, and airport fees, will be added to the customer’s total bill.
RIGHTS AND LIABILITIES:

   – STL LUXURY RIDE reserves the right to use a preferred vendor if our own vehicles are unavailable.

   – We reserve the right to add extra charges for repair or cleaning if necessary due to customer use or abuse.

   – We are not liable for circumstances beyond our control, such as weather conditions, road conditions, or vehicle breakdowns.

   – We assume no responsibility for lost or damaged articles left in or nearby our vehicles.

WAIT TIMES:

   – For airport pickups, we allow a grace period of 30 minutes from the scheduled pickup time. After the grace period, wait time charges will apply at the hourly rate for the specific vehicle.

   – For non-airport pickups, we allow a grace period of 15 minutes from the scheduled pickup time. After the grace period, wait time charges will apply at the hourly rate for the specific vehicle.

For both arrivals and departures, a waiting charge of $25 will be assessed for every 15 minutes a chauffeur is kept waiting after the grace period in question has expired.

Passenger-requested stops or deviations from route during a flat-rate trip will be charged STL LUXURY RIDE’s prevailing hourly rate.

NO-SHOW FEE:

A no-show fee equal to trip cost plus applicable waiting time will be charged if the Customer fails to appear at the designated location. To avoid this charge, passengers should not leave designated locations without first notifying customer Service. If the customer fails to show up for a scheduled pickup without prior notice, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.

DISPUTE AND RESOLUTION:

  – Any disputes or claims arising from the use of our services shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

EVENING AND HOLIDAY SURCHARGES:

STL LUXURY RIDE  bills a 30% surcharge for services scheduled between 10:00 PM and 6:00AM(Central Standard Time).

STL LUXURY RIDE bills a 30% surcharge for services scheduled on Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, and after 5:00PM on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve.

Private Policy:

 We respect the privacy of our customers and will not disclose any personal information to third parties without consent, except as required by law. 

MODIFICATION:

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the customer’s responsibility to review the terms and conditions periodically for any changes.
